Colorado 2024-08

Nate and I turned around in August of 2023 on our way to Colorado when his Africa Twin DCT failed in New York state. At the end of the 2023 riding season the bike had been fixed, by replacing a transmission oil pump. In 2024 we restarted our trip to Silverton Colorado, with the addition of Tucker on his aging DL650. One might say that we are tempting fate, but clearly we're just oblivious.

Nate and Tucker both have just two weeks off from work. So we have 16 days total to complete the ride out and back, and hopefully a few days to explore Colorado as well. Given the distance from NH to CO , we will seek ways to break up the long ride out and back.
